Sue Siddall is the Managing Director of IDEO London. When she arrived in 2005, she already had more than 16 years of marketing and brand experience under her belt. Originally trained in law, Sue worked as a group account director with M&C Saatchi, where she oversaw brand development, pan-European strategy development, re-positioning, and communication planning for clients such as Asprey, British Airways, Garrards, GE, Nestle, The Prince’s Trust, and Vogue.com. She also was the global marketing director for Tanner Krolle, the luxury leather goods company, where she was responsible for the strategy and communication in the US, UK, and Japan, including PR, CRM, and branding.
Prior to being promoted to her current position, Sue led IDEO London’s Consumer Experience Design practice and worked with clients in retail, consumer products, hospitality, and luxury sector. She also played a strategic content role in client engagements. She is often invited to speak on luxury retail, multi-channel communication methods and is a regular contributor to industry network seminars. Sue has lived in various countries, including six years in the United States. She has a law degree from Nottingham University.
