Expected time required / We know that Academy participants are busy combining both career and family. Nevertheless if you decide to embark on the Academy’s teachings It is important that participants reserve:
7 days for Leadership Academy Sessions.
3-4 days to contribute to ‘next practice’ catalogue (Groups Presentation).
2-3 days for produce and prepare the individual action plan for change (Individual Presentation).
The Leadership Academy does not conduct a traditional examination. In groups participants are required to identify, analyse and present a case catalogue with 21st Century Innovators in their field of business. Furthermore each participant has to prepare and present an individual ‘plan for change’ addressing how ‘next practices’ can be applied within the participants sponsor company.
Graduation & certificate / To graduate and receive the certificate participants are required to:
Actively participate in minimum five of the six Academy sessions.
Active contribute to a ‘next practice’ catalogue of 21st century innovators.
The submission and presentation of a personal action plan.

This years participant’s come from organisations like: Novo Nordisk, Danske Bank, Chr. Hansen, The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rockwool Fonden and DR (The Danish Broadcasting Corporations).
