Through food policy business, lectures, participation in the public food debate and his TV-programmes and cookbooks he has tried to show the way to a higher quality of food and meals. Claus Meyer is the chief evangelist of the New Nordic Cuisine Movement and co-founder/co-owner of Noma – awarded best restaurant in the world in 2010 and 2011.
